Book under foreign fill if you currently have work from another artist. Upon inspecting at the quality of work I will decide whether we can proceed with a fill or if we will need to remove the set and start fresh. Foreign fill fee is $15 to work over work that is not mine. If I must do a removal $15 fee will not be applied however you must pay for removal $30 Reach out if you have questions about pricing
